Round Control
Number your seated stations 1, 2, 3 ... in the room. Tell the app which are paired and which are group. Group stations can each hold a different number of players: write it as station:players (e.g. 4:6 means station 4 holds 6 people). Every round fills them all at once. Anyone who does not get a seated station goes to the Bingo / Free Play Station (everyone there meets up), so no station numbers are needed for that. New guests are kept out of it for their first couple of rounds unless the room is full.

Rounds begin between 7:00–7:30 PM. When rounds start, rotations will be announced on the mic by the host. Partners rotate every 10–15 minutes. Have fun and meet new people!
